Investigate123 - Product Review

Investigate123 appears to be an exact clone of Webstigate, so we really don't think it will matter which one of these services you use. Both supply public record-to-qeury matches in a number of different categories and both retrieve and/or store data from a huge number of public and private data banks. Since the bulk of Investigate123's content is publicly accessible, you can retrieve almost any type of information about another person except financial and credit card data, passwords, and bank account numbers.

Unlike some of its competitors, this particular resource purports to disallow exploiting people for entertainment or new stories, locating lost loved ones -friends -or family, locating the source of adoptions, searching the backgrounds of celebrities or government officials, or using the service to determine someone else's credit or insurance status, or license **outside** of regular business purposes. This includes pre-employment or tenant screening. Social security numbers are not available through this service and unless your line of work requires you to search the backgrounds of others, Investigate123 is generally appropriate for self-queries. That is, it's more appropriate for retrieving your own background information.

As a global service, it's not restricted to US queries. Investigate123 accesses resources from all over the world with varying results. Your results for example may include all of the following or only a small part of the following. Much of what you're able to access depends on state laws:

  1. addresses, relatives, phone numbers, and property records.
  2. roommates, neighbors, aliases, and address history.
  3. previous addresses, relatives, phone numbers, properties owned, judgments, criminal records, and more.
  4. criminal case numbers, charges, offenses, arrests, dispositions, and sentences.
  5. registered sex offender addresses, aliases, case numbers, charges, and convictions.
  6. warrant case numbers, charges, offenses, arrests, dispositions, and even bodily marks.
  7. federal criminal case numbers, dates of offense, date of closures, and case names.
  8. birth date, parent names and addresses.
  9. death date, name, age, and relatives.
  10. divorce filing type, date, case, location, name, age, and properties owned.
  11. marriage filing type, date, case, location, name, age, and properties owned.
  12. legal property, liens, judgments, business records, and more.
  13. property owner, location, transfers, sales, description, and tax info.
  14. Reports may include bankruptcy date, case, number, reason, legal files, and addresses.
  15. Reports may include federal civil record case number, date of offense, court, date of closure, and case name.
  16. phone account history.
  17. UCC filings and court rulings.
  18. public records resources for non-US countries.
  19. watercraft owner and address, vessel name, port of dock, and company.
