3D Ecovers is an ebook cover design program that in our most strongest opinion, outperforms everything we've ever seen so far. It transforms what would ordinarily be a typical flat, two-dimensional design into something that looks as if it were about to pop right out of the computer. And it does so in minutes -- a feat that could probably strike a sense of fear in those who aren't used to such advanced technology.
Being the fearless marketer that you are, you too can create sharp three-dimensional covers ebooks, software boxes, CD and DVD covers, paperback and hardback books, and anything that can bear a graphic designed with 3-D ECover. Our experience with this software illustrated its tremendous range of depth made easy with Photoshop 7.
Making our graphics in fact, was a simple matter of loading the program's actions in Photoshop and then loading up 3D Ecovers basic template. Then we added a few graphics and some text. We clicked a button and boom - we were done. Simple as that! But the end result looked as though it took weeks to render. We had shadows - we had highlights - we had everything needed to transform a flat visual into an exact replica of the real thing. Resizing our work didn't diminish a single bit of quality either. It looked just fine at any size, even as small as 32 x 32 and as large as the biggest screen resolution we have.
Photoshop is often enough to make anyone shy away from graphic design, but this 3-D ECover truly makes illustration easy. The program comes with two video tutorials that will help the beginner get started. One video explains the process step-by-step while the other video discloses a few professional tricks of the trade. Both videos will have you believing you're a professional designer in no time.
Of course you *will* need to know how to get around Photoshop in order to use the program. On the whole, the ease of 3-D ECover work increases with the more Photoshop knowledge you have.
