Determine your minimal requirements.

Some blogging software like Wordpress work with templates and add-ons that can make them very difficult to edit. HTML Blogger’s Kure doesn’t and this is what makes HTML Blogger extremely easy to use. You never have to worry about working with moveable type, PHP includes, or anything as complicated as that with HTML Blogger because Kure’s technology is built with simple HTML code (plain text).
